1. Delete in the app
Open account or profile settings, choose the account-deletion option, review the consequences and complete the required confirmation. Availability may depend on your signed-in account and current app version.
2. Request deletion online
If you cannot access the app, email support@soulence.xyz from the account email with the subject “Soulence account deletion”. We may verify identity before acting.
3. What deletion does
Your profile stops being available and account data is deleted or de-identified according to our retention schedule. Limited records may be retained for safety, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, legal compliance and enforcement.
4. Cancel subscriptions separately
Cancel any active subscription in Google Play or Apple settings. Deleting the account or app does not instruct the store to stop renewal and does not automatically create a refund.
5. Before deleting
Resolve open support or purchase issues and save information you are entitled to keep. Deletion may be irreversible after processing.
